Every sunday when i wake up the first thought that comes into my head is always "what should i cook today". I usually leave my biggest culinary challanges to sunday having the whole day dedicated to cooking. This sunday i was feeling rather optermistic and having a love for all things pastry and cream i decided to make, Chocolate Eclairs.
